Swedish massage

Lucy is a qualified Swedish Masseuse and can offer deeply relaxing or rejuvenating treatments as part of a bed and breakfast package or to clients who would like to improve their sleep, ease muscular strains, help a weight loss programme or simply improve well being and vitality.

The Great Hall

The hall is a large warm space that is ideal for courses, workshops and exhibitions. It has the original wooden floor, large windows looking out over the Tap o `Noth and Cabrach hills, a woodburning stove and cast iron radiators. At present it is used as an exhibition space, yoga studio and art studio.

Yoga

Lucy Aykroyd is a yoga teacher in the tradition of Vanda Scaravelli. She offers individual tuition or taster sessions to enrich your visit and deepen your relaxation. There are ongoing classes and weekend workshops with visiting teachers. Pregnancy yoga

Judy Cameron www.yogaofbirth.co.uk, a yogabirth teacher, mother and midwife teaches Yoga for Pregancy and runs couples and Baby Yoga days in the hall by the woodburning stove.

Yoga for the special child

Yoga for the Special Child is now available and Lucy and Judy now have a package for parents with a child with Special Needs, including Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities. Full individual tuition along with a restful weekend in the Bed and Breakfast with a massage, can be supportive and restful.
